What Is TENCEL?

What exactly *is* TENCEL?

It’s actually just the brand name for a type of modal or lyocell fabric made from wood pulp, usually from eucalyptus trees, though beech trees are sometimes used. While that may throw you for a second, it’s less weird than it sounds.
